地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术研究

Study of Pre-grouting technology in coal floor aquifer of Zhaogu No.1 mine

摘要: 根据赵固一矿地质和水文地质条件,分析了巷道掘进和采煤过程中二1煤层底板L8灰岩突水危险,提出采用超前注浆解决煤层底板突水。根据以往施工经验总结了常用的井下煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术,结合目前新技术的发展,研究了地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术,并对两种注浆防治水技术进行了对比分析,阐述了其各自优缺点及适用条件。结果表明,地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术适用于煤层底板防治水,并已经取得了很好的效果。

Abstract: The risk assessment of water inrush from Ⅱ1 coal floor L8 limestone is analyzed when tunnel excavation and coal mining, based on introducing the formation conditions of Zhaogu No.1coal mine. Pre-grouting is the main means to solve the water inrush from coal seam floor. The underground coal seam floor pre-grouting and water prevention control technology is summarized according to the previous construction experience, which is commonly used now. And at the same time, the ground pre-grouting technology with horizontal directional horizontal hole to control water is introduced, combing with the development of new technology. At last the two kinds of grouting and water prevention control technology are compared and analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions are described. The results show that the ground pre-grouting technology with horizontal directional horizontal hole to control water is suitable for water prevention and control of coal seam floor, and has achieved good results.
